OUR APPROACH
Understanding Blood Sugar Management Beyond Carb Counting
Stable blood sugar depends on more than just counting carbohydrates. How you pair carbs with protein, fat, and fiber, the timing and consistency of meals, sleep quality, and physical activity all influence how your body responds to food. Sessions translate concepts like glycemic response and insulin sensitivity into practical meal-building strategies, and Natalie works alongside your physician or endocrinologist rather than replacing their care, so your nutrition plan supports your broader treatment plan.
SERVICE AREA
In-Person and Telehealth Appointments Available Nationwide
Natalie works with clients managing diabetes and blood sugar concerns through in-person sessions in Utah, and virtual diabetes nutrition counseling is available nationwide for clients who prefer to meet remotely or live farther away.
