OVERVIEW
A Non-Diet Approach to Weight Management
Traditional diets often fail because they rely on restriction and willpower alone.
Natalie’s approach instead focuses on sustainable behavior change: balanced meals, consistent routines, stress and sleep support, and a healthier relationship with food.
Sessions are tailored to your schedule, food preferences, budget, and health history, whether you’re managing weight on your own or alongside another condition like type 2 diabetes or PCOS.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Who This Is For
This program is a good fit for Utah residents and nationwide telehealth clients who are tired of yo-yo dieting, want support from a licensed professional rather than an app or influencer, or need weight guidance that also considers a medical condition. Many clients arrive after trying several diets alone and want a plan built specifically around their body and their life.
GETTING STARTED
Insurance & Getting Started
Natalie is a Utah Licensed Registered Dietitian (License #141866884901). Kravat Nutrition is currently working on obtaining Utah insurance coverage. Insurance is not yet available outside of Utah, so in the meantime, all sessions — in Utah and nationwide — are cash-pay. Learn more about her background on the About page, browse the full list of nutrition services, or reach out through the Contact page to check insurance coverage and schedule your first session.
OUR APPROACH
A Closer Look At Sustainable Weight Management
Most weight-loss attempts fail because they focus on the number on the scale instead of the habits underneath it. Restrictive diets tend to produce short-term loss and long-term regain, largely because they ignore metabolic adaptation, hunger cues, and real-life circumstances like work schedules, stress, and sleep. Natalie starts with a full picture of your labs, activity, sleep, and history before building a plan, then adjusts it as your body responds, which matters even more when weight is tied to another condition such as insulin resistance, thyroid function, or hormonal changes during perimenopause.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
Kravat Nutrition is currently working on obtaining insurance paneling in Utah. Once that’s finalized, Utah clients will be able to use insurance for sessions. Insurance is not yet available outside of Utah, so in the meantime, all sessions — in Utah and nationwide — are cash-pay. Reach out through the Contact page with any questions.
There’s no meal plan handed to you on day one. Sessions focus on building sustainable habits around foods you already eat, adjusting as your schedule, preferences, and body change, rather than asking you to follow a rigid set of rules indefinitely.
This varies by person and goal. Many clients start with an initial consultation and then schedule regular follow-ups for accountability and plan adjustments, but the frequency and total number of sessions is tailored to your needs and progress. Your exact plan depends on your goals, health history, and how your body responds along the way.
Both. Clients can meet in person in Utah, and virtual sessions are available nationwide, so location doesn’t have to be a barrier to getting support.
Yes. Many clients are managing weight alongside a condition like PCOS, type 2 diabetes, or thyroid changes, and sessions are built to address these overlapping needs together rather than treating weight as an isolated issue.
Reach out through the Contact page or book a session directly. Natalie will confirm whether you’re a cash-pay or (soon) insurance client and schedule your first appointment to begin building your personalized plan.
