General Questions About Natalie Kravat
Hi, I’m Natalie Kravat, a Christian, Registered, and Licensed Dietitian with over five years of experience helping individuals improve their health through practical, evidence-based nutrition. My faith shapes both my life and my approach to nutrition. At the heart of my practice is the desire to glorify God and enjoy Him forever, recognizing that caring for our bodies is one way we faithfully steward the gifts He has given us. My hope is to help people pursue health in a way that is balanced, wise, and free from fear. Food is a means of sustaining us for the work God has prepared for us and meant to be enjoyed. As an avid runner and mom of three young children, I understand how busy life can be. Healthy living has to be practical and sustainable to work in the real world. Whether your goal is reducing your risk of chronic disease, improving your metabolic health, or simply feeling your best, I’m here to help you one step, one meal, and one day at a time.
Kravat Nutrition believes that good health is built through simple, sustainable habits. Natalie specializes in sustainable weight loss, diabetes care, metabolic syndrome, heart health, and chronic disease prevention, helping clients make meaningful changes that improve their health today and continue to benefit them for years to come. Our approach is rooted in the belief that food is meant to be both nourishing and enjoyable. Nutrition shouldn’t be a source of guilt or fear, nor should it require giving up the foods and experiences that bring joy. Instead, we help you develop a balanced relationship with food. At the heart of our philosophy is a passion for longevity. We believe nutrition is about more than simply adding years to your life; it’s about adding life to your years. By building practical, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle habits, our goal is to help you live with greater strength, vitality, and resilience. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, improve your blood sugar, reduce your risk of chronic disease, or simply feel your best, Kravat Nutrition is here to help you build lasting habits that support lifelong health.
Rather than a rigid, cookie-cutter meal plan, you’ll receive a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan built around your goals, schedule, food preferences, and real-life circumstances.
Natalie follows the evidence-based standards outlined by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and every recommendation is adapted to your individual health history rather than applied as generic advice.

Appointments & What to Expect
The 15-minute discovery call is a no-commitment conversation to discuss your health goals and challenges and determine whether Kravat Nutrition is the right fit before you book a full consultation.
The initial consultation is a 60–75 minute telehealth session that includes a comprehensive health assessment (medical history, medications, supplements, sleep, activity, stress, and lifestyle), a review of your nutrition history and relationship with food, and a discussion of your goals. You’ll leave with a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan.
Follow-up consultations are 45–60 minute sessions that review your progress since the last appointment, troubleshoot challenges, and provide accountability, education, and plan adjustments, so you leave each session with clear next steps.
This varies by person and goal. Many clients start with an initial consultation and then schedule regular follow-ups for accountability and plan adjustments, but the frequency and total number of sessions is tailored to your needs and progress. Ask during your discovery call for a recommendation specific to your situation.
It’s helpful to have a general sense of your medical history, current medications and supplements, and typical eating patterns ready to discuss, though Natalie will walk you through everything during the comprehensive assessment.
Kravat Nutrition offers both in-person appointments in Layton, Utah, and telehealth (virtual) sessions for clients anywhere in Utah.
Natalie serves clients in Layton, Utah and the surrounding area in person, plus clients across the state of Utah through virtual telehealth sessions.
You’ll just need a stable internet connection and a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone to join your virtual session from wherever is convenient for you.
